1. All Kinds Of Booking Of Plot Would Be Treated As Provisional Against Project Being Plotting By NPC Homes Private Limited.
2. Payment Against Such Booking Shall Be Made Through Cash/Demand Draft/Cheques/Neft/Rtgs In Favour Of NPC Homes Private Limited.
3. After Completion Of Full Payment Which Is Prescribed The Payment Schedule Against Such Booking, Had Registration Shall Be Done In Favour Of Applicant If Name Is Given In Booking Form.
4. NPC Homes Private Limited. Shall Have Right Whose Found Any Kind Of Discrepancies Made By Applicant Regarding Booking Of Plots, Land Registration He Shall Cancel The Booking Of Applicant.
5. All Kind Of Payment Shall Be Deposited At The Office Of The Company Shall Not Be Responsible/Accountable For Any Payment Made To The Agent/Booking Or Any Other Person. The Applicant Must Insist For Duly Signed Receipt From The Authorized Personnel Of The Company.
6. If Any Customer Want To Cancel The Plot Before Registry Then Saler Will Deduct 45 % Of All Paid Amount By The Customer Rest Amount Will Be Refund.
7. All Disputes Relating To Arising Out Of This Application From Are Subject To The Exclusive Jurisdiction Of The Court In Patna Bihar.
8. Pilling/Pillar Amount Of The Plot Will Be Paid By Purchaser Only.
9. Land Registration, Mutation Or Other Legal Expense Incur, Regarding And After Booking Shall Be Bear By Customer(Applicant)/Allottee.
10. If Any Legal Expenses Incurred In Land Registration, Mutation Or Other Legal Work Is Increased By Government Policy So In Such Situation It Would Be Bear By Customer/Allottee.
11. Arrange Of Site/Plot Visit Done By The Company In Other Situation Customer/Visitor May Their Own Arrangement.
12. The Customer/Purchaser Are Requested To Collect Money Receipt From Marketing Agent For All The Payment Made In Cash/Cheque At A Proof Of Payment.
13. Full And Final Payment Must Be Settled Before Registry.
14. Other Statutory Taxes/Charges Are Applicable From Time To Time Shall Be Extra And Shall Be Paid By Applicant.
15. That If Any Services Provided By The Company Suffer Due To Court Government Policies Then The Company Shall Not Be Liable For Any Liabilities.
16. If any customer has paid booking/token amount for the plot will not be refundable at the time of cancellation.
17. If any customer want to convert the plot in another project then there is no deduction policy.
